We are excited to have you join our family of customers and we are honored that you have chosen BethLynn Designs! We can't wait to get started on your order! Because of the personalized nature of most of our products, unless your order arrives incorrect in our error, damaged in shipment or is found to be defective upon arrival, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us within 5 business days if you have an issue with your order and we will promptly have customer service assist you. You can send us a message by choosing the "CONTACT US" tab above. Please be aware, if an item is damaged during shipment, photos may be required from the buyer for loss claim processing with the shipping provider.

Conditions of an approved Exchange or Return:
In the event that an exchange or return is approved, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may also be responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Time:
Order processing time at BethLynn Designs varies per product as most of our products are made upon order and customized and/or personalized to the order specifications. Customs and Import Taxes for International Shipments:
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please research any additional international shipping taxes applicable to your country prior to placing an order. BethLynn Designs is not to be held responsible for delays due to customs.
